Privacy
This website is deliberately lean. It sets no cookies, embeds no analytics services and loads nothing from third-party servers. Whatever data does arise is described here – as briefly and plainly as possible.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services. No usage profiles are created, and no visit data is passed on to third parties.
That is also why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
No external fonts
The typefaces Montserrat and Alex Brush are embedded into the server when the website is built and delivered from there. Opening the site therefore creates no connection to Google or any other provider.
Server log files
When the website is opened, the hosting system automatically processes the technically necessary data transmitted by the browser: IP address, time of the request, page requested, volume of data transferred, the previously visited page (referrer) and browser and operating system identifiers.
The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable and trouble-free operation of the website.
This data is stored only briefly and is not combined with other data sources. It is not evaluated for marketing purposes.
Hosting
The website runs on a server located in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

Getting in touch
You can get in touch by email, phone, WhatsApp and Telegram. The details transmitted in the process – such as name, contact details and the content of the message – are used solely to handle the enquiry and any follow-up questions.
The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry serves to initiate a working relationship, otherwise Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR based on the legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
The details are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for that purpose and no statutory retention periods apply.
Note on WhatsApp and Telegram
WhatsApp and Telegram are third-party services: WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. and Telegram Group Inc. respectively. Anyone clicking one of these links leaves this website. From that moment on, the privacy terms of the respective provider apply, and data may be processed outside the European Union.
If you would rather avoid that, use email or the phone instead – both lead to the same result.
On this website these are plain links. No content from these services is embedded, and simply opening the page transmits no data to them whatsoever.
Online appointment booking
The booking button links to an external calendar at my.lemniscus.de. The booking takes place entirely there, governed by the privacy policy of that calendar's provider.
Nothing from the booking system is embedded in this website – it is only linked. A connection to the booking service is established only once the link is clicked.
[PLEASE COMPLETE: Provider and address of the booking service]
Special categories of personal data
Health data enjoys special protection under Article 9 GDPR. No such data is collected through this website. There is no form, no questionnaire and no input field for health-related information.
Health-related information only arises in the course of personal consultation or support – then on the basis of separate, explicit consent under Article 9 (2) (a) GDPR or on the basis of Article 9 (2) (h) GDPR. You will be informed about this separately beforehand.
Your rights as a data subject
You have the right at any time to information about the personal data stored (Article 15 GDPR), to rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16 GDPR), to erasure (Article 17 GDPR), to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR) and to data portability (Article 20 GDPR).
You may object at any time to processing based on a legitimate interest (Article 21 GDPR). Consent once given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future (Article 7 (3) GDPR); processing carried out up to that point remains lawful.
An informal message to the postal or email address given above is enough to exercise these rights.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Irrespective of the above, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR).
The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony (Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen), Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.
SSL/TLS encryption
The website is transmitted exclusively in encrypted form (SSL/TLS). You can recognise this by the address beginning with “https://” and by the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar. Content exchanged between browser and server therefore cannot be read by third parties.
Status of this policy
This policy will be adjusted as soon as the technology behind the website or the legal requirements change.
